Wild Waves Theme Park to close after nearly 50 years

Wild Waves Theme & Water Park in Federal Way, Washington, will permanently close its doors Nov. 1, ending nearly 50 years of summertime thrills for Pacific Northwest families. The president and owner of the park blames rising post-COVID operating costs.
