UK riots: Police swoop on 'thug', 38, accused of attacking an emergency worker - as dozens more face court today

Jason Barry Francis, 38, of Weymouth, Dorset, has been charged with violent disorder and assaulting an emergency worker, and is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court today.
