Two workers have been killed and another seriously injured at Intel's Kiryat Gat fab in Israel in an explosion resulting from a gas cylinder malfunctioning — A 49-year-old man died Thursday from injuries sustained in Wednesday's blast, which also killed a gas technician and left a third worker in serious condition.
