Trinidad and Tobago sprinter loses his SHOE in men's 4x400m relay heat... but still manages finish his leg before passing the baton

The 36-year-old Renny Quow started off superbly  and momentarily led the first leg, but as he came around the bend his shoe came off and he was eventually overtaken.
