Thai minister hails partnership with Japan carmakers amid Chinese EVs' rise

Thailand remains committed to its long-standing partnership with Japanese automakers operating in the country despite the rise of Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers,  Industry Minister Varawut Silpa-archa has said, seeking greater Japanese investment in recycling used EV batteries.
