Southern China faces torrential rain, floods after Typhoon Noul makes landfall

Flash floods are expected in parts of Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu and southeastern Xinjiang from Sunday evening through Monday evening.
