Senate passes sweeping Russia sanctions bill renamed for initial author Lindsey Graham

The Senate on Friday passed sweeping legislation to sanction Russia and impose tariffs on countries purchasing oil and gas from the Kremlin that are helping finance its war against Ukraine.
