Rubio speaks with Lebanon's Aoun over confiscated bombs from Hezbollah

Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun on Thursday after Lebanese authorities seized Hezbollah explosives that one official said were meant for use in targeting Israeli forces.
