Portuguese performers quit festival amid backlash over Jerry Seinfeld's Israel stance

A string of Portuguese performers have pulled out of the inaugural Lisbon International Humour Festival over the participation of headliner Jerry Seinfeld, whose outspoken support for Israel amid the Gaza war has fueled backlash across Europe.
