NJ Governor says a software error at DMV led to the improper voter registration of ~6,600 noncitizens between June 2023 and June 2024; 400 of those cast ballots — The New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles glitch also led to roughly 6,600 noncitizens being registered to vote, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced on Tuesday.
