Nevada doctor indicted in $95 million Medicare fraud scheme

A federal grand jury in the District of Nevada has indicted Dr. Stephen Dubin, 74, of Henderson, Nevada, on charges tied to an alleged $95 million scheme to defraud Medicare through medically unnecessary amniotic wound treatments, according to the Justice Department.
