N.J. Republican Rep. Tom Kean Jr. sets June 30 return date after monthslong absence

New Jersey Republican Rep. Tom Kean Jr., who's been absent from Congress since March with an unspecified medical issue, is set to return on June 30, a political consultant to the congressman said Thursday.
