Man who wore 'Chucky' mask and terrorized Philadelphia residents captured in Las Vegas

The man who roamed the streets of Philadelphia and threatened people, all while wearing a Halloween-style mask from the horror movie "Chucky," has been taken into custody in Las Vegas, authorities said late Tuesday.
