Judge won't order Texas to turn ICE officer over to Minnesota for prosecution

A federal judge declined Wednesday to order Texas to extradite an ICE officer to Minnesota to face charges of assaulting a migrant, siding with Gov. Greg Abbott, who says he needs more time to decide whether to comply.
