Judge rules anti-Trump group can fly '86 47' flag, rejects it's a call for political violence

Displaying an "86 47" flag cannot be interfered with by the National Park Service, a federal judge ruled Monday -- the same anti-Trump message that led to former FBI Director James B. Comey's indictment for threatening the president.
