The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum shared that she had been "forcing" herself to work out because even though it may be tough, she knows she'll feel better after.

"But recently it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times," she added.

"I forget that there's so much happening inside me, causing so many changes, that of course I'm not always gonna feel or be able to perform how I'd like to (or expect to)."

"Your honesty- 🙏🏻 This is helping women so much, Jennie! It's not easy, but we DO IT ANYWAY 👏," wrote one Instagram user in the comments.

"It's a struggle, when your body doesn't perform or cooperate, like it used to. I'm 46 and feel everything you said," wrote another.

"I give myself grace and try to move, whether it be a five minute yoga workout or a run, and make sure to thank my body for all it's done for me. Also, not comparing myself to others my age that are extremely fit. Every BODY is different."
