Ardy Ferguson from Hong Kong’s Belon will represent Asia at the main event held in Milan next year. Meanwhile, Labyrinth junior sous chef William Yee also bagged a collateral prize for his pigeon dish inspired by his childhood flavours of Malaysian street food.
