Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan receives top May Day award from NTUC

The Medal of Honour is conferred on individuals who have "demonstrated exemplary leadership, longstanding commitment and transformative impact on workers' welfare, industrial relations and national progress", said NTUC.
