Political leaders solemnly commemorated Flight 93, the plane that went down in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, honoring the passengers whose heroic revolt against hijackers prevented the flight from reaching Washington, D.C.
