Democrats' anti-ICE fervor eclipses Laken Riley's murder by illegal immigrant, the law named for her

It may have seemed a logical vote at the time for Rep. Angie Craig, who early last year backed a bill named after slain nursing student Laken Riley that pressed Homeland Security to detain and deport illegal immigrants who commit even relatively minor crimes such as shoplifting.
