Court green-lights most of DOJ's prosecution against Dem congresswoman in ICE clash

A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that the Justice Department can proceed with most of its case against Rep. LaMonica McIver, who stands accused of assaulting an ICE officer during a scuffle last year at a migrant detention center.
