Comer seeks answers about D.C.'s AI-powered hunt for vacant, blighted homes

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer is warning D.C. officials that using artificial intelligence to identify vacant properties or homes in disrepair could put property owners on a fast track to fines and foreclosure.
