Cold case murder of Dannielle Houchins is solved after 28 years as as Montana family man, 55, is unmasked as killer before taking his own life

Dannielle Houchins was found lying face down in a pool of just four inches of water in swampland near Belgrade, Montana, on September 21, 1996, and her killer has finally been identified.
