Cartel leader's ex-wife pleads guilty to violating U.S. sanctions over school tuition

The ex-wife and current partner of a leader of the Mexican cartel Los Cuinis pleaded guilty to violating U.S. counternarcotics sanctions, according to the Justice Department.
